Once an order is placed, it is normally 6-10 days before the fresh baked goods arrive at your door. Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday.
We take complete care in packaging each order for shipment. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee how they will arrive to you. If any breakage occurs during shipping, NO refunds will be issued.
In the event we cannot produce your order on a given date, a refund will be made. If you choose to cancel an order before it's produced, a full refund will be issued if no preparation has been done for the order.
